  1. Total Quantity Drawn Over One Year:

    • The agreed quantity can be drawn progressively throughout the exclusive year, allowing flexibility in order planning and logistics.

  2. Exclusive Volumes:

    • Zinc and Dispersions – 15000kgs

    • Bulk Sunscreen – 5000kgs

    • White Sapphire Alusion – 2000kgs

  3. Non-Refundable Deposit:

    • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before the first shipment.

    • This deposit is non-refundable and will cover manufacturing costs and logistics for delivery to our Netherlands warehouse.

  4. Shipping and Delivery:

    • All shipments will be managed from our Netherlands warehouse, ensuring reliable and efficient logistics.

    • Please note we need a minimum lead time of 12 weeks to manufacture and deliver goods to the Netherlands warehouse.

  5. Branding:

    • You can brand the products with your own unique name.

    • We can set up a company in Australia and sell you the products under the new company with compliant EU labelling to distinguish your products from standard Antaria products in the EU market.
