Returns Policy

Advance ZincTek purchases are final and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted due to change of mind. For any other queries please contact Advance ZincTek using this contact form. Product(s) must be returned in the unopened packaging within 30 days for a refund. When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product minus freight. You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you provide us with the evidence of the purchase.
